Your Guide To Spanish Wells & Russell Island
House of Palms is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Bahamian House at the bridge of Russell Island and Spanish Wells. Small Island vibe, safe and quiet! Large wrap around deck with plenty of seating to enjoy a book, the breeze and the crystal clear waters! Located above a garage for elevation so you can take in the breathtaking views. Each bedroom has King Split beds (so they can be a king bed or 2 single beds). The 2 bathrooms have stand up showers. Spanish Wells has that great small island vibe. It's safe and quiet! It has a couple of small grocery stores, restaurants, bars and several unique gift shops! You can relax or be adventurous and swim, kayak, fish, or snorkel. We have 2 kayaks available for you! Book a charter boat excursions to tour the surrounding islands or swim with the pigs or the turtles, snorkel the reef, go shelling, the possibilities are endless. Transportation: You will fly into North Eleuthera airport. A taxi service will pick you up at the airport and take you to the ferry and then to Spanish Wells, this fee is $20 per person each way. Once you arrive at Spanish Wells you will be met by our caretakers where they will take you and your luggage to our little paradise! You will use a goft cart for your transportation on the island during your stay. The golf cart is $250 per week for a 4 person golf cart. These arrangements will be made by us prior to your stay but you will need to pay for these services upon arrival!
